We are ISO 9001 certified, ensuring a robust quality management system. We also maintain industry-specific compliance, such as flame resistance UL 94 V-0 for automotive clients and SGS FDA, RoHS compliance for medical or food-grade applications, depending on the product requirement.

Yes, You can provide us with a sample or a Pantone color code, and we will customize the color according to your requirements.
We can supply the hardness range of rubber products from 5 shore A to 98 shore A. Based on your specific usage environment, we recommend the most suitable hardness for you.
The operating temperature range for our rubber products is -40°C to 300°C.

Our MOQ is typically based on tooling complexity and material cost. For standard materials, the MOQ is usually 1-1000 sets. However, please submit your specific drawing and volume requirements for a precise quote.
The lead time for new tooling development usually ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity. Once the sample is approved, the initial production run typically takes an additional 1 to 2 weeks.
Absolutely. Our R&D team offers material formulation and selection consulting. We consider factors like operating temperature, chemical resistance, pressure, and dynamic requirements to recommend the optimal compound (e.g., NBR, FKM, Silicone, EPDM, polyurethane, POM, PP, PEEK).
Of course. Once we receive your sample, our technicians will test its material, hardness, color, and other properties. Based on the intended application, we will recommend a more suitable material and create 2D/3D drawings for you. If we are unable to identify the material (for example, some composite rubbers), we will send your sample to a research center to obtain an accurate conclusion.
Yes, we offer several prototyping options, including small-batch production runs or utilizing 3D printing methods for non-functional components, depending on the material and dimensional tolerance required.

FAQs - Ordering & Logistics
Yes, we offer free samples to all our customers.
To expedite your quote, please provide the following:
- Detailed Technical Drawings (preferably 2D and 3D files);
- Specified Rubber Material/Polymer;
- Required Volume/Annual Usage;
- Critical Application Details (operating environment, temperatures);
- Specified Hardness and Color.
Our standard payment terms are 50% TT, with the remaining 50% before shipment. Terms may be adjusted for long-term partners with established credit.
Once the order is placed, we immediately send you a sales contract and a PI for confirmation.
After we received your 30% advance payment, it will take about 5-7 working days to manufacturing/stocking the products. At the same time, we will book the voyage for your shipping.
We will send you the stocking videos after the stock is ready. At this point, we’ll collect the balance from you.
Once payment is confirmed, we will share the loading pictures and shipping details. For example, the BL NO., container number, and your consignment details.
Within 7 days of the BL date, we will share the BL invoice, certificate of origin, pack list, or other documents via DHL/Fedex as per your request.
We utilize various global logistics partners and can arrange shipment via FOB, CIF, or DDP terms, based on the client’s preference. We handle air, sea, and expedited freight.
